The Intel® Trusted Execution Engine Interface (Intel® TXEI) requires that Microsoft Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF)* is installed first. If the KMDF is not installed first, you can see errors in Device Manager (either code 37 or code 28), on the Intel® Trusted Execution Engine Interface.
To resolve this issue:
Install the Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF) version 1.11 update for Windows 7.
Install Intel TXEI driver from the Download Center.
